Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking a student intern to assist contract administration for MMS in our U.S. operations.

You will create the Monthly MMS Contract List and update the Monthly Business Partner ID access to ensure proper customer support coverage. You will help publish team work instructions, track 30-60-90 day expiring contracts for cost and resource savings, and review Statements of Work to verify entitlements against contracts.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create the Monthly MMS Contract List used by Infrastructure Support & Maintenance, Cyber Professional Service, Customer Support & Maintenance, and Portfolio teams.
• Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates to manage global customer access to the support line for all Managed Support Services customers.
• Help create and publish work instructions for the team, capturing best practices and unwritten knowledge.
• Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts to identify cost and resource savings.
• Review Statements of Work and proposals to ensure alignment with contract entitlements, servicing only what is included in contracts.
