Job summary

Iaas Lc in Ohio is offering a student internship focused on contract management and customer support processes. You will help build the Monthly MMS Contract List and manage access to the support line for Managed Services customers.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.

• Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Create the Monthly MMS Contract List for multiple teams.
• Update Monthly Business Partner ID List for global customer access.
• Help publish work instructions capturing best practices.
• Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts for cost/resource savings.
• Review Statements of Work to ensure contract alignment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) Contract List used by Infrastructure Support & Maintenance, Cyber Professional Service, Customer Support & Maintenance, and Portfolio teams.


• Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates to manage global customer access to the support line for all Managed Support Services customers.


• Help create and publish work instructions for the team, capturing best practices and unwritten knowledge.


• Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts to identify cost and resource savings.


• Review Statements of Work and proposals to ensure alignment with contract entitlements, servicing only what is included in contracts.

About You

• Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.


• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Pursuing a four-year engineering degree at an accredited university.


• Previous interaction with the company through events or internships.


• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
