FAIRWINDS Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Intern to support our Mortgage Lending team in Orlando. This 20-hour-per-week, in-office internship provides hands-on exposure to mortgage documentation, verifications, and loan servicing support through January 11, 2027.

Compensation is $15 per hour, with flexible scheduling to fit school needs. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong Excel and organizational skills.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Intern to support our Mortgage Lending team with day-to-day operations and administrative functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in a professional lending environment, offering exposure to mortgage documentation, quality control processes, verifications, and loan servicing support.

This is a 20-hour per week, in-office internship opportunity that runs through January 11th, 2027 and offers $15 per hour in compensation. We also offer flexible schedules to accommodate your school schedule, as well!

Your Role in Our Mission:

• Review mortgage documents for completeness, accuracy, and quality assurance purposes.
• Assist with completing Verification of Mortgage and Verification of Employment requests.
• Prepare, organize, and mail mortgage-related documents to members and third parties.
• Provide support for the Mortgage Lending team through administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
