FAIRWINDS Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Intern to support our Mortgage Lending team in Orlando. This 20-hour-per-week, in-office internship provides hands-on exposure to mortgage documentation, verifications, and loan servicing support through January 11, 2027.

Compensation is $15 per hour, with flexible scheduling to fit school needs. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong Excel and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior status is required.
• Detail oriented with commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage documents for completeness and quality.
• Assist with Verifications (Mortgage and Employment requests).
• Prepare and mail mortgage-related documents to members and third parties.
• Support Mortgage Lending team with administrative tasks.
