Job summary

American Airlines in Atlanta seeks an Intern – Corporate Fuel Bookkeeping to support timekeeping, security access, pandemic leave, and client inquiries while developing skills in the dynamic environment of American Airlines.

You will work with the Time and Attendance team using the Workbrain timekeeping framework, handle security access and pandemic leave requests, and provide case‑by‑case support to end clients, with Bachelor's degree enrollment required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; enrollment in a licensed bookkeeping, finance, or related program
• Preferred: Additional coursework or training in bookkeeping, finance, or related field
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Ability to extract insights from data and present actionable recommendations
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional team and across all levels of the organization
• Comfort with innovation and business software
