Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts invites motivated students to join the Hilton Milwaukee as a Front Office Intern. You will rotate through front office and rooms departments while collaborating with management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This paid internship offers exposure to daily hotel operations and direct mentorship from experienced leaders. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Hospitality degree, have prior hospitality exposure, and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Shadow our Front Office management team.
• Learn several roles within all outlets of the hotel.
• Interact with customers and take action to solve problems as they arise.
• All other duties as assigned.
