Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and document all communications.
• Ensure billing is completed accurately and on time.
• Review and balance daily revenue; update and correct reports as needed.
• Provide support for accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile parking account transactions for designated areas.
• Assist with auditing income for assigned areas.
