The Hilton Milwaukee City Center in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated morning Cafe Server to provide friendly, timely food and beverage service, tailoring the cafe experience to each guest and driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, inputting orders into the POS, delivering orders with condiments, and maintaining service standards while ensuring accuracy and courtesy. The role offers morning shifts, union status, and hands-on growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior food, beverage, cash handling and hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Learn table settings, service ware, and menu items.
• Proficient in English for menu comprehension, recording orders, and guest communication.
• Recall and promote menu items.
• Maintain professional demeanor and clean uniform.

• Maintain self-banking procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

What will you be doing?
