Job summary

LPU Batangas seeks a motivated student to join its Plano, TX Sales Operations team as an intern. You will help ensure the sales process is followed, maintain data quality in the funnel, and support CRM usage and reporting to drive informed decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations, account teams, and commercial managers, gaining hands-on experience in telecom B2B workflows while contributing to continuous improvement through data analysis and tooling enhancements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a bachelor’s or master’s student in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in telecommunications, B2B sales, sales operations, CRM, and data-driven decision making.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with structured data and follow processes.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint; eager to learn Salesforce.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality; follow guidelines and ask questions.
• Effective communication and collaboration across sales, operations, and support.
• Curiosity, initiative, and passion for learning how analytics support commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support adherence to sales process by assisting Sales Operations with daily activities.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare communications, and assist project leaders with admin tasks.
• Maintain data quality in the sales funnel and support qualification criteria.
• Support governance by tracking compliance checkpoints and organizing information.
• Help manage CRM and reporting dashboards by gathering user feedback and testing changes.
• Use spreadsheets, CRM (Salesforce), and AI tools to analyze data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, account teams, and managers to enhance process effectiveness.
• Identify simplification opportunities and document improvement suggestions.
