Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a world-class MS student intern in Electrical/Materials/Chemical Engineering or Physics to support semiconductor process integration for next-generation DRAM. You will analyze inline data, identify yield issues, and collaborate with YE, Device, PI teams to drive improvements, while documenting findings for leadership review.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning in process modules, data analysis, and AI-assisted problem solving within a cutting-edge Fab environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of semiconductor process flow; DRAM process flow is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of memory types (DRAM, NAND, NOR).
• Knowledge of CMP, film, etch, photo processes.
• Statistical data analysis.
• AI tools experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated.
• Internship duration of 6 months or more.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of process modules across CMOS loops.
• Analyze inline data to identify yield detractors and process anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Document findings and present updates to engineering and leadership teams.
