Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. invites a process integration and device engineer intern to join our team in Boise, Idaho.

You will gain hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, and exposure to advanced technology development and yield improvements. Collaborate with YE, Device, PI teams to deliver high-quality DRAM products and participate in cross-functional problem solving.

Qualifications

• MS student in Electrical/Materials/Chemical Engineering or Physics.
• Knowledge of semiconductor process flow.
• Knowledge of DRAM process flow is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMP, film, etch, and photo processes.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of process modules across CMOS module loops.
• Analyze inline data to identify yield detractors and process anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Document findings and present updates to engineering and leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to improve problem solving and productivity.
