Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a process integration and device engineer Intern to join an industry‑leading team advancing next‑generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab. You will gain hands‑on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
You will work on yield improvement, learn to leverage AI tools for problem solving, and present findings to engineering and leadership teams as part of a six‑month+ internship.

As a process integration and device engineer Intern at Micron Technology, Inc., you will have opportunities to work with an industry leading team on cutting edge technologies to enable next generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab, ramp up production yield and deliver high quality DRAM products to customers. You will be offered hands‑on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, with exposure to advanced technology development, yield improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Education: MS student in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical engineering, or Physics.
