Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a process integration and device engineer Intern to join an industry‑leading team advancing next‑generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab. You will gain hands‑on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will work on yield improvement, learn to leverage AI tools for problem solving, and present findings to engineering and leadership teams as part of a six‑month+ internship.

Qualificações

• MS student in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics.
• Knowledge of semiconductor process flow; DRAM knowledge a plus.
• Basic data analysis and AI tooling familiarity required.
• Good communication skills and self-motivation; available for 6+ month internship.

Responsabilidades

• Support integration of process modules across CMOS loops.
• Analyze inline data to identify yield issues and process anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive improvements.
• Document findings and present updates to engineering leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to improve problem solving efficiency.
