Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an intern to join the Yield Technology RAM group. You will support process engineering, Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA), and metrology in a semiconductor fab, gaining hands-on experience with data collection, analysis, and tool workflows.

The role focuses on learning to improve documentation, automate tasks, and contribute to a project applying AI to yield optimization. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and capable of communicating findings clearly

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in a technical field; graduation after Sept 2027.
• Interest in semiconductor processing, metrology, and data analysis.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools and MS Office for data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist data collection and basic analysis for RDA and Metrology workflows.
• Support Fab 4 Process Development, Process Integration, RDA and Metrology teams under supervision.
• Contribute to an internship project applying AI to improve RDA, Metrology, or recipe workflows.
