Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Process Integration Engineer Intern for six months to work on advanced DRAM technology and manufacturing. The role involves hands-on semiconductor process integration, data analysis, yield improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

You will analyze large data sets, develop dashboards, and apply AI-assisted tools to improve problem-solving efficiency and productivity. Mentorship and hands-on training are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a technical field (EE, materials science/engineering, chemical engineering, physics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statistical data analysis or data-driven troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and optimization of semiconductor process modules in DRAM manufacturing.
• Analyze electrical, inline, process, and yield data to identify gaps and anomalies.
• Apply statistical methods and engineering problem-solving to improve process performance.
