Amazon’s Intermodal (AZIM) Operations team is seeking a Transportation Specialist to drive end-to-end freight execution, focusing on on-time pickup and delivery across the 1P network. You will engage with carriers, drivers, rail partners, and field teams to resolve disruptions and maintain performance.

The role requires English fluency, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work 40 hours with overtime. You will use internal systems to analyze data and support daily and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Willing to work 40 hours/week with overtime.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide carrier and driver support, resolving disruptions in a high-volume environment.
• Use internal systems to gather data and support reporting on multiple cadences.
• Collaborate across Transportation Operations Management, shippers, rail partners, and carriers to drive data-driven decisions.
• Support field teams and partners by monitoring load execution and on-time metrics.
• Communicate clearly in written and oral form to minimize delays.
