Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, nested formulas).
• Experience managing large data sets to drive performance and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless intermodal execution.
• Create weekly business narratives outlining performance and present findings to senior leadership.
• Pull and analyze data from internal databases to monitor utilization and performance metrics.
• Lead process improvements to re-engineer intermodal workflows and reduce defects.
