Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent carrier and driver experience/solutions in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Research, problem-solve, set expectations, and coordinate within the Amazon Transportation network to resolve disruptions.
• Manage schedules and adhere to start/stop times, breaks, and lunches.
• Support workload surges and weather-related operations, including overtime during peak periods.
• Use internal systems to collect data for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
