Job summary

Amazon Intermodal (AZIM) seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead drayage optimization strategy, driving cost reduction and operational efficiency across the intermodal network. You will own the roadmap, translate complex supply chain problems into scalable product and automation solutions, and partner with engineering, finance, and operations to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
Experience owning technology products.

Responsibilities

Define the drayage product strategy and roadmap for optimization.
Translate pain points into clear requirements and specifications with engineering.
Develop automation and tooling to reduce toil and accelerate decision making.
Define and monitor success metrics; track cost savings and adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align investments with business priorities.
Present strategy and progress to senior leadership and secure resources.
