Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer experience including standard software

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate loads
• Extract data using Excel/SQL or other systems for reporting
• Identify and resolve disruptions to maintain on-time delivery
• Manage real-time updates to customer experience and performance metrics
• Proactively reroute shipments to avoid delays and minimize impact
• Document insights and escalate issues to owners and teams as needed
• Support operational improvements and drive efficient intermodal logistics
