Responsibilities

• Assign loads to the contractors in a timely manner.
• Monitor contractors’ hours of service to optimize scheduling.
• Communicate contractor pay and appointment details.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
