Mark-It Express is seeking a local Customer Service Representative to support a team of drivers in the Chicago region from our Lemont, IL terminal. The role emphasizes intermodal coordination, rail tracing, appointment setting, and strong communication with dispatch and drivers.

You will use Profit Tools and Microsoft Office to track shipments, update schedules, and enforce policies. No remote work; on-site position with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Intermodal Customer Service experience preferred or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
• Experience using Profit Tools is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rail tracing and appointment setting for import/export shipments.

Mark-It Express is a fast-growing asset-based Intermodal trucking company based in Chicago. We are currently seeking an energetic CSR to join our team out of our Lemont, IL terminal. At this time, we are not open for remote or WFH candidates for this position.

As a local Intermodal Drayage carrier, we are expanding our team and looking for an individual to assist in CSR responsibilities. Intermodal operations require a unique skill set, and while this role involves various moving parts, we leverage user-friendly computers and internet-based portals for seamless operations.

The TMS system we use is called Profit Tools; experience with this model is a plus! Training will be provided to ensure mastery and a smooth integration into our operations.

Position Overview:
