Job summary

Amazon Intermodal (AZIM) Network Optimization seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to drive cost reduction, automation, and efficiency across the intermodal network in Atlanta. You will own end-to-end optimization initiatives, from identifying opportunities to scoping solutions and measuring impact.

You will partner with Tech, Product, Finance, and Operations, translating data into actionable strategies, building business cases, and presenting outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Cost optimization and opportunity identification across intermodal costs and savings opportunities.
• Partner with Tech and Product to translate operational pain points into automation and tooling requirements.
• Design and iterate on scorecards, automated workflows, and alerting systems to drive discipline and reduce manual effort.
• Conduct data-driven analyses on network performance and cost trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Finance, and Operations to align optimization with broader network strategy.
• Develop and present regular performance reviews to senior leadership, quantifying impact and next steps.
