Job summary

Amazon Intermodal (AZIM) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to optimize its intermodal network. You will lead cost, performance, and strategic decisions across drayage, rail, and equipment utilization, influencing cross-functional partners and external providers.

The role emphasizes data-driven strategy, executive communication, and business case development to drive cost efficiency and service reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive supply mix strategies that optimize cost, service, and capacity across intermodal network.
• Monitor key performance indicators and own escalation processes with external partners.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on network performance data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Finance to translate insights into product requirements and automation priorities.
• Develop and present weekly/monthly performance reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
