IU Health is offering an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Human Resource Consultant to join the Riley Children's Health team at the Indianapolis, IN location.
We are looking for a candidate with HR Generalist experience who can provide coaching and guidance to all levels of leadership.
The Intermediate HR Consultant partners with customers and collaborates with the HR team to successfully execute talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and basic compensation and benefits processes. Responsibilities include managing reports, organizing documentation, and handling special projects as assigned. When problems arise, the role involves analyzing solutions and providing leaders with sound recommendations for action. The role also supports workforce planning initiatives to ensure effective recruiting strategies, assists leaders in selecting the best talent, and helps address employee relations and performance issues as needed. Additionally, the role supports the implementation of system-wide HR projects such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and succession planning.
