Are you ready for an exciting and rewarding career, working alongside some of the brightest minds in healthcare? Riley Children’s Health, Indiana’s leading pediatric healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic System Marketing Brand Manager to join our growing team.


The role involves communicating with both physician and consumer audiences, developing and executing marketing strategies and brand plans to support strategic objectives.


The ideal candidate is experienced in leading cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies in a matrix environment, is a self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, and a strong communicator. A keen attention to detail and project management skills are essential, along with a desire to pursue a career in healthcare marketing within a mission-driven organization.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive service line marketing strategies and brand plans to achieve patient acquisition and brand reputation goals.
  2. Lead collaborative development and execution of marketing initiatives, leveraging input from cross-functional teams.
  3. Oversee the creation of omni-channel marketing campaigns through agency collaboration, creative development, and design to effectively reach target audiences.
  4. Monitor, interpret, and report on performance data, market trends, and insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
  5. Represent the voice of the customer through research, applying audience segmentation to marketing tactics.
  6. Support content creation and identify opportunities to amplify messaging via social media, public relations, and physician outreach.

The IU Health marketing department includes teams focused on system and service line marketing, digital marketing, patient experience, research and analytics, social media, internal communications, and public relations, offering many opportunities for professional growth.


Required Experience
  1. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
  2. 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing, business, sales, journalism, or healthcare-related fields.
  3. Experience in healthcare marketing, including marketing to healthcare professionals and direct-to-consumer campaigns.
  4. Proven ability to build and execute paid, owned, and earned media campaigns.
  5. Experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and agency management.
  6. Experience working within a matrix organization and complex environments.
  7. Professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected issues and interruptions.
