Location & Unit Details

The RN in this role will be based in the Riley Maternity Tower at Riley Children’s Hospital. The unit includes 13 labor and delivery rooms, 3 intensive-care rooms, 14 high risk antepartum rooms, 10 emergency rooms, 4 operating rooms, 6 bay PACU, and infant-resuscitation rooms.

Responsibilities & Skills
  • Critical Care and Obstetrics Nursing Assessment
  • Emergency and Rapid Response Assessment
  • Adult and Neonatal Resuscitation
  • Assist with neonatal delivery, complex OR cases, OB hemorrhage management, central line placement, bronchoscopy, intubation, and more
  • Support for patients and families with bereavement care
Qualifications
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license
  • Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support certification through AHA
