The Role

As a Quality Improvement Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating quality improvement activities for assigned populations.
  • Leading work groups to achieve project goals.
  • Analyzing gaps in clinical care and identifying barriers, aligning interventions with strategic plans.
  • Facilitating performance improvement processes in collaboration with project leaders.
  • Conducting training and education for staff and physicians on performance improvement methodologies, data analysis, and related topics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's degree in clinical healthcare or business preferred.
  • Active RN license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license preferred; CPHQ certification preferred.
  • Maternity experience strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Knowledge of data entry systems (e.g., NCQA IDSS/ISS tools, EHRs, HEDIS software). Occasional local travel (no overnight).
