Intoxalock, a Mindr brand, is hiring a Field Install Technician to install and maintain ignition interlock devices in customer vehicles. You will perform installations, calibrations, removals, and on-site training, ensuring compliance with state rules and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years hands-on experience with 12-volt automotive systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC. Expect a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with 12-volt systems and troubleshooting installations.
• Experience with installation of automotive electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installation, calibration, repair and removal of ignition interlock devices in accordance with state programs.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Facilitate on-site training of customers for activation and operation of ignition interlock devices.
• Install Interlock devices into customer vehicles.
• Troubleshoot/diagnose reports of malfunctioning devices.
• Report any suspicion of equipment tampering or bypass attempts.
