Job summary

Cal Poly Maritime Academy seeks a Stacks Maintenance, Fulfillment, and Resource Sharing Coordinator to manage physical and electronic access to library collections and to supervise student staff.

You will oversee stacks maintenance, retrieval, and resource delivery, while leading ILL/Resource Sharing operations and ensuring copyright compliance. The role also drives workflow improvements and space planning within the library.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with LMS/ILS for fulfillment, user management and policy settings.
• Knowledge of Library of Congress or equivalent classification schemes.
• Ability to search catalogs and bibliographic databases for requested materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train student assistants in stacks maintenance and fulfillment.
• Oversee reshelving, collection movement and space planning projects.
• Lead ILL/Resource Sharing operations with delivery and copyright compliance.
• Resolve patron issues and streamline workflows for efficient service.
