Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of library experience.
• Familiarity with Library of Congress classification system.
• Willingness to learn SirsiDynix Workflows and CaiaSoft.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and navigate stacks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-4 student assistants, including hiring, scheduling, training, and time entry.
• Perform routine upkeep on the physical collections and shift collections for growth.
• Coordinate with Ivy Library and LEO staff to transfer materials between locations.
• Ensure materials are properly cataloged, undamaged, and circulatable.
• Promote inclusive, equitable, and accessible library services.
• Participate in library-wide working groups and cross-train with staff.
