Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle in California. The AIS performs technical measures, reviews conditions, and conducts Job Site Inspections to ensure installs meet THD standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include managing multiple jobs in the assigned area, coordinating with service providers, addressing customer questions, and escalating changes as needed to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in related field.
• Construction/home improvement project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolve open questions or job changes.
• Manage all jobs in assigned area, assess conditions, perform product affirmations, and conduct JSIs and badge checks.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and drive efficient job life-cycle timelines using project data and reporting.
