Job summary

Palminfra Designs is seeking a Site Supervisor to own day-to-day site execution, translating design into finished interior space on-site, coordinating people and materials, and upholding high workmanship standards.

You will supervise trades, read drawings, verify measurements, track attendance, monitor quality, and report issues to the project team to keep schedules and budgets on track. Hands-on candidates with 3+ years in interior supervision and familiarity with AutoCAD are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in interior site supervision or interior execution.
• Ability to read and interpret working drawings.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, civil trades, electrical, plumbing and finishing works.
• Excellent coordination and communication with multiple contractors and vendors.
• Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving site issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of interior projects and coordinate all site activities.
• Maintain attendance and manpower records for workers and contractors at each site.
• Share daily attendance updates with the project team.
• Ensure work matches approved designs, drawings, specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
• Read interior, furniture, electrical, plumbing and ceiling drawings; verify site measurements.
