Job description

We’re seeking a Site Supervisor/Project Manager with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills to join our team.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of interior design installations and serves as the primary liaison between the on-site team and the Interior Designer. This position ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to design intent and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various job sites (new construction, remodels, or demolition projects)
• Review and interpret floor plans
• Direct and oversee daily operations and on-site crews
• Communicate regularly with vendors, subcontractors, and housekeeping teams
• Prepare and maintain punch lists
• Recommend vendor or subcontractor changes when needed
• Maintain client communication and ensure satisfaction during installation
• Ensure cleanliness, rule compliance and job site safety
• Conduct inspections, take field measurements, document site conditions
• Ensure crews are following rules and regulations of the buildings

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or project management role
• Background in interior design, construction, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
