Job summary

Creative Office Resources seeks a Project Manager for Interior Construction to ensure projects meet client expectations, support sales and design, and coordinate meetings, layouts, submittals, and installations. You will liaise with vendors, manage punch lists, monitor schedules, and ensure timely, budget-aligned project completion.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of detailed work.
• Must be able to read, write, interpret, and communicate fluently in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site review, order reviews, scheduling, delivery and installation in a timely manner.
• Lead the project through COR/Client review with documented schedules and punch lists.
• Provide progress reports and maintain project status updates.
• Interact with sales, design, internal operations and external vendors, including manufacturers.
• Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure on-site installations meet specifications.
