Job summary

Bisnow seeks an experienced Site Superintendent for its NYC interior construction projects, based in Long Island City. You will lead day-to-day field operations, coordinate with the PM team, and manage subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and hands-on leadership on active job sites. Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam proficiency are preferred; OSHA 30 and SST card are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience supervising high-end construction projects in NYC.
• Experience with high-end interior construction; luxury projects preferred.
• Able to represent the firm on site with clients and design professionals.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for high-end interior construction projects.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, manpower, deliveries and workflow.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to align field activities with project objectives.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized job site.
• Direct subcontractors and trade partners, setting expectations for workmanship and safety.
• Review completed work against plans, specifications, and quality expectations.
