Job description

Manage large-scale, high-end residential projects from start to installation for a growing design team.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with interior designers to create complete specifications and detailed order lists.
2. Generate client proposals and place orders.
3. Coordinate with vendors and trades, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
4. Provide ongoing project status reports for clients and the design team.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design or project management. An Interior Design degree from an accredited institution and NCIDQ certification are a plus.
2. Extremely detail-oriented – must love spreadsheets, lists, organization, and managing the smallest details.
3. Strong interpersonal skills – must work well within a team environment and with clients, vendors, and trades.
4. Experience in Studio Designer is a plus.
