Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc is seeking Interior Design Consultants or Design Graduates to help create dynamic home décor designs and furnish happiness for our customers in Kissimmee, FL. The role offers a paid training program and an uncapped commission structure with guaranteed income.

Responsibilities include working with customers and sales consultants to design rooms, providing in-home, in-store and virtual consultations, and creating floor plans and 3D renderings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field required; ASID certification preferred.
• Experience or training in interior design and home furnishing is relevant.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to customer appointments required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and sales consultants to design rooms and spaces.
• Offer in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations to understand client needs and budgets.
• Create floor plans and 3D renderings of Havertys products for customer presentations.
• Assist sales team to close transactions with design expertise and recommendations.
• Coordinate home visits and presentations, reviewing items, pricing and delivery timelines.
