Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking Designers to provide a consultative design service that builds relationships and brand loyalty. The role involves meeting customers' project needs, educating them, and creating design concepts based on personal style and budget.

Qualified candidates should have at least one year of interior design or retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This position offers competitive pay within the range of $15.24 – $23.36 hourly, with associated benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of interior design or retail/sales experience.
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Internal candidates must have 12 months of experience in a design consultant position.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to listen to project needs and build design concepts.
• Schedule and manage design appointments for clients.
• Provide advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation.
