We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to define scope, manage budgets, and coordinate efforts among architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet safety codes and are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction-related field.
• Experience in project management within construction.
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and subcontract documents.

Responsibilities

• Define scope of work and deliverables.
• Predict resources and manage costs to meet budget.
• Obtain permits, approvals, and prerequisites.
• Draft and submit budgets based on scope.
• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts.
• Manage construction schedule and activities.
• Coordinate between architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
• Issue progress updates on costs and timelines.
