Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Detroit area. You will manage kickoffs to closeouts, coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients, and drive projects to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Experience in commercial construction (ground-up or renovations).
• Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Local or commutable to the Brighton, MI area.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
