Job summary

LeoForce in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from planning through completion. You will develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering or related field preferred.
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing projects valued at $5M+.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Support project closeout activities and client turnover.
