Job summary

LeoForce in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own projects from start to finish, focusing on community and institutional builds. You’ll manage $5M–$20M programs and related scopes in a lean PM environment, with a preference for leaders who can drive client relationships and repeat work.

The role targets professionals with 4+ years in PM/APM/PE roles, ideally from a GC background, ready to step into a full PM seat.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction PM/APM/PE experience with GC background preferred.
• Experience managing typical projects from $1M to $40M and 6 months to 1.5 years.
• Proficient in Procore, scheduling, cost control, safety leadership and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Own construction projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Lead community-focused projects in sports, municipal, education and non-profit sectors.
• Manage all scopes, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop repeat clients and maintain strong relationships with strong client interaction.
