Job summary

CBI is seeking an Interior Construction Project Manager in the Knoxville area to lead client strategy, oversee design and construction, and coordinate with general contractors. You will drive project sign-offs, manage on-site field installations, and ensure day-two accountability, while balancing schedule and budget with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years related experience.
• Construction experience required, field oversight experience preferred.
• Degrees/Certificates not required but considered: Construction Management, CM Technology, PM AAS, PMP

Responsibilities

• Manage resources to ensure timely, on-target deliverables.
• Match client needs to appropriate solutions.
• Describe technical details of our products and their value.
• Plan the project – scope, schedule, resources and dependencies.
• Point of Contact for planning and execution with construction partners.
• Qualify opportunities throughout the process.
• Identify opportunities through client, partners and GC relationships.
• Manage sale, closure and delivery of transactions with pricing oversight.
• Source products and subcontractors
• Maintain client and GC relationships post-project, Day 2 responsibilities.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with proactive planning.
