Job summary

BlueNote Search in Knoxville seeks a Head of Construction to lead the execution of all projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and on-schedule delivery in a growing industrial contracting firm.

You will develop and lead Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Project Engineers and BIM staff, partnering with Operations, Preconstruction, Field Leadership, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to drive accountability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project delivery teams across multiple roles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to coordinate BIM and project engineering support across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the execution of all projects across the firm.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Project Delivery Department.

The Head of Construction develops and leads Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, BIM personnel, and other project support functions while partnering closely with Operations, Preconstruction, Field Leadership, Accounting, and Executive Leadership.
