CBI is seeking an Interior Construction Project Manager in the Knoxville area to lead client strategy, oversee design and construction, and coordinate with general contractors. Role Summary

Responsible for client strategy, solutions oversight, product sign-offs, design oversight (project level), construction meeting leadership, coordination with general contractor (GC), on-site field/installation oversight, target punch free projects, client walk throughs, client move-ins, and day two accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the resources to ensure timely, on-target and quality deliverables

  • Plan the project – scope, schedule, resources and dependencies
  • Point of Contact for planning and execution with construction partners

  • Contract negotiations and pricing oversight with tracking through accounting system.
