Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead PCI Knoxville 144 projects. You will oversee safety plans, manage schedules, coordinate with field supervisors, and ensure alignment with PCI quality and QA/QC standards.

The role requires 5+ years in construction, a Bachelor’s in CM or related field, strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to read drawings and specifications. Travel within the Southeast may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of field construction project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Ability to interpret specifications and drawings for PCI scope.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans for branch and projects.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Create and manage project schedules with field supervision.
• Coordinate takeoffs, orders, and change orders to protect profits.
• Oversee job cost control and monthly FAWs.
• Maintain customer relations and align with Customer Alignment Plan.
