• Provide strategic leadership to the Project Delivery Department to ensure safety, profitability, and on-schedule delivery.
• Develop and lead Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, BIM staff, and project support, partnering with Operations, Preconstruction, Field Leadership, Accounting and Executive Leadership.
• Drive accountability, consistency, communication, and operational excellence across the project lifecycle.
