Job summary

Fluid Interiors, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to serve as the operational hub for Architectural Interiors (MOD Team) projects in Minneapolis. You will keep schedules, budgets, and communications on track, coordinating with subcontractors, general contractors, and design teams.

Qualifications

Experience in construction project coordination or related field.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with project scheduling software (Airtable is a plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction site meetings and project activities.
Maintain accurate project schedules and timelines (Airtable).
Track project budgets, labor hours, and change orders.
Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with Design, Project Management, Accounting, Operations, subcontractors, and General Contractors.
