Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting seeks a Project Coordinator for construction/civil projects in the Minneapolis area. You will support scheduling, vendor coordination, and documentation across on-site and limited hybrid scenarios.

You will read plans, work with contractors and engineers, and ensure timely information flow. This role demands strong communication, organization, and attention to detail for long-duration projects with potential relocation considerations.

Job Title: Project Coordinator - Construction / Civil Projects

Location: Minneapolis - Eden Prairie, MN

Overview:

We're partnering with an established construction products manufacturer that designs and supplies specialized foundation systems used in major projects throughout North America and has built a reputation for industry-leading products.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Coordination, Project Management, Construction Operations, Estimating, Engineering Support, or similar experience
• Construction industry experience required
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings
• Experience coordinating schedules, materials, vendors, customers, contractors, or project documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with foundations, geotechnical construction, civil construction, utility construction, heavy civil, infrastructure, or related industries
• Exposure to submittals, RFIs, engineering drawings, and project approvals
• AutoCAD experience
• Experience working with contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and logistics teams
• Experience tracking project costs, purchase orders, deliveries, and schedules

Compensation

• $80,000 - $120,000 base salary depending on experience

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
